Ulrike Lunacek

Born on 26st May 1957 in Krems a.d. Donau, Austria.

After 10 years as Member of the Austrian Parliament, Ulrike Lunacek became a Member of the European Parliament in 2009. She was elected vice-president of the Greens/EFA group in 2013 and candidate for the Presidency of the European Parliament. In 2014, she became Vice-President of the insitution, a position she held until October 2017. She is currently a Member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
